I was about to give up my ability to understand Pennoyer v. Neff. At that moment, as I sat there, about to close the casebook, Talisman's poignant tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr., Keep Your Eyes On The Prize, wafted through the speakers:
keep your eyes on the prize

everything is going to be all right some day.
The timing was impeccable.

sounds a bit like the "Dark Side of the Moon" / "Wizard of Oz" correlation ;) people are impressive pattern-finders. that being said, music is good at being in the right place at the right time :)
