I've had a gmail account for awhile now. I don't like the UI very much
so I use it for a few high-traffic mailing lists I belong to,
effectively creating my own archives and saving my own personal disk
space. It works well for that purpose.
No matter how many invitations I give away, gmail throws me more. It's like some incurable, yet communicable, disease.

went there, came back, might not ever want to go there again. Pretty hokie as well as silently (lack of really writing anything of relavance) eerie. As for science fiction writers... Are these folks missing mother and father - or even a great-uncle in his/her life? So way out there and paganistic - seeking thrills and entertainment at every moment - as if life were not enough for them. Probably sci-fi is a sort of therapy to write - and maybe for others to read. Tried it, do not lik it - and will not go there(reading or watching sci-fi) again.)
Also sci--fi, porno, substance abuse and other abuse(too much of anything is not good) - create a market for "people-haters" to get rich.
Take any one who wants to control another with a substance even words(heh, maybe I'm controlling you>>>//?<<@#$%^&*()Get hooked on something even the internet is not good for you, me or any other person. Lack of real communication. That is why I probably will may be take only a course or two online.. /Because good interaction is missing, people skills which we all need. Yes, every one has been in a confrontational situation that has withdrawn the spirit. But the internet, television, raddio, books, magazines and other media - take to an extreme will rob you of contact with others. Take this to heart.- think about it - reject or accept these statements...But I've seen the light - believe me.
